Blast them until they thaw out and repeat. Use a freeze bolt for the Agony Crossbow to lock them in place. Thankfully they are much easier to deal with this late in the game. With them dead, and the arrow machines dealt with, you can try to leave, but when you do a chainsaw wielder will appear. This is your top priority, as the basic enemies will spawn infinitely until you have killed all the arrow machine operators. You must grab the Sniper Rifle and kill the enemy operating these arrow turrets. Once they are dead, you can try moving forward, but if you do, the enemies will swarm you again and start blasting you with arrows from concealed cages. There should be 6 or so in the general area. Make sure to slowly move around and take out all the enemies. This next area will have you battling several foes. Exit through a mirror and be prepared for a fight. There are no items to obtain at the hospital, but it's always good to save, grab items from the Morgue Lockers and level up. Open the chest to obtain the Sniper Rifle weapon, and to the left you will see a mirror you can go in. The door will be locked and you will be outside. After a few minutes, you can leave the room, and we suggest you do asap. Keep an eye out for the pudgy enemies, or the ones in robes as they take more damage to kill. Again, try to herd them to the barrels, and wait until 3-4 enemies are near it. Once you enter the next main room, the same kind of fight will occur again, however the enemies will be jumping down this time from the floor above. The next area is safe, so heal up and grab the items.
After 2ish minutes, your partner will get the door open, so grab any items you see quickly and leave. The longer you can wait the better, as you only have the two barrels. Do your best to herd the enemies to the barrels before blowing them up. Enemies will climb in through the window, but there are two barrels here you can use. A scene will play and you will then need to guard him in a burning house. With the houses cleared, head through the gate and you will find your partner.
